Catching Up

Nanaimo wrapped up the regular season by beating Victoria, 4-1, on Friday night. Joe Devin picked up an assist on Max Grassi's game-winning goal early in the 3rd period. Mike Devin was kept off the scoresheet.

Michael Garman continues to rest and, hopefully, will be back for the playoffs.

The Clippers begin their opening round playoff series on Tuesday, traveling to Surrey.


Patrick Kennedy scored a powerplay goal for St. Thomas in their 4-1 loss to St. Marys. The Lincolns lead the series 2-1.

Game four will be at St. Thomas on Sunday.


Sudbury moved back into first place in the NOJHL with their 4-2 win over North Bay. Jacob Johnston picked up an assist in the Junior Wolves' win.

Sudbury plays at Blind River today.
