USHL Update

Omaha breezed past Des Moines, 5-1, on Friday and Sioux Falls, 6-1, on Saturday. Mathieu Brisson was scoreless for the Lancers.

Omaha will host Waterloo on Wednesday.

Indiana blanked Chicago on Saturday, 4-0, behind Cab Morris' 26 saves. Brian Ferlin scored the game-winner and added a helper to pick up the game's 3rd-Star.

The Ice are off to Lincoln for game on Wednesday.

The US U17s defeated Tri-City on Friday, 3-1, for its first league win. On Saturday, the U17s fell to Fargo, 6-3. Cole Bardreau was scoreless.

The U17s visit Chicago on Saturday.

The U18s also split its league action, winning 3-2 in overtime against Tri-City on Saturday, then dropping a 6-3 game to Fargo on Sunday. Andy Iles took the loss stopping 29 of the Force's 33 shots.

The U18s travel to Maine for two exhibitions this coming weekend, starting with Colby College on Saturday.
