BCHL Playoffs: Update

Nanaimo, back in action after a 10-day break, dropped their opening game against Langley, 3-1, in the Coastal Conference championship. It was a game in which future ECACHL players had a big impact as the Chiefs' three goals were scored by incoming conference recruits. Joey Manley's (Quinnipiac) two goals served as bookends to Alex Angers-Goulet's (RPI) game-winner for Langley. The Clippers' Michael Garman stopped 28 shots in the loss and was named the game's 3rd-Star for his performance.

Game two will be at Nanaimo on Saturday.
