BCHL Weekend Roundup

One couldn't ask for a more exciting weekend than what went on in British Columbia. Penticton and Salmon Arm played a home-and-home series, with Penticton winning both games and taking a two point lead in the Interior Divison. Meanwhile in the Island Division, Alberni Valley and Nanaimo also played a home-and-home series with each team winning on the road, allowing Alberni Valley to maintain their two point lead over the Clippers heading into the final week of play.

For the incoming Cornell BCHLers, however, it was a relatively quiet weekend. Brendon Nash went scoreless in the two games against Penticton. Colin Greening was named the game's 2nd-Star in Saturday's effort, though going scoreless in the two games. Joe Scali picked up an assist for his weekend's work. As I said, it was a quiet weekend.
