Weekend Recap: 2006 Class

AJHL:

Tony Romano seems to have regained his health this past week. In the Bobcats' 2 games, Tony found the back of the net 6 times and assisted on 4 other goals. Tony continues to put up impressive numbers, though the level of competition is weaker than any of the other leagues in which Cornell recruits play in.

For the season: 34 games, 44 goals, 35 assists, and 79 points (includes non-league games)

BCHL:

Colin Greening scored the game winning goal in Nanaimo's Sunday night victory, adding to his 2 assists on the evening. Joe also had a goal in Friday night's game, along with 7 penalty minutes.

With 3 games last week Brendon Nash was clearly the busiest of the incoming Big Red recruits. Brendon picked up an assist in each of his first 2 games of the week, while scoring the game winner in Sunday night's game against Burnaby.

Joe Scali did not play in any of the Bulldogs 3 games this past week. It currently is unclear why Joe did not play.

For the season:
Colin, 32-16-21-37
Brendon, 26-4-20-24
Joe, 31-18-13-31

SJHL:

Blake Gallagher didn't play for the Notre Dame Hounds this past week, though he did play 2 games for the AAA Hounds, picking up one goal and 2 assists.

For the season: 35-19-13-32 (includes games played for the AAA Hounds)

USHL:

Justin Milo had one of his best games of the year last Saturday night, at least from a scoring standpoint, picking up 2 goals in an Ice win. In Justin's other action of the weekend he was kept off scorecard.

For the season: 25-7-10-17
